SALT
Ink - Pour salt on an ink stain on your carpet and the salt will soak it up.
Weeds - Salt will kill weeds if applied. Great for the cracks in the sidewalk
Sponges - Soak sponges in salt water to freshen them.
Mildew - Mix salt and lemon juice to remove mildew.
Place a few grains of rice in your salt shaker for easier pouring
